Testing: Every piece of our casting protector will pass all the tests, including cable slippage test, crush test, axial load test sheet TP04, rotational test, fit to gauge test and other tests. 

Functional Test Process: 

•  Axial load without slipping on the tubing body.

•  Axial load resistance when against the coupling shoulder.

•  Rotational load without slipping on the tubing body.

•  Lateral crush load resistance.

Fit to Gauge Test: This test procedure is carried out without the cable in position and designed to ensure that the clamps fit correctly around the test gauge and that the body latch correctly, this test procedure is carried out on all clamps which be produced. Acceptance: fit properly with tubing and all the lines.

Cable Slippage Test: This test procedure is carried out on standard clamps with the cables in position and is designed to ensure the clamps holds the cables in place with a pull as per client's requirement (Usually 100lbs on 11mm×11mm TEC Cable and Control Lines and 300lbs for ESP Cable).

Rotational Test: This test is to establish the value for the torque that is required to rotate a standard cable clamps relative to the tubing. 

Axial Load Test: The purpose of this test is to establish the axial load that can be applied to the clamps before failture.

Crush Test: This test is for standard production clamps and lower weight is used for different types CCCP.
