General Description: ESPCS is the most professional manufacturer for cable protectors, stable protection of ESP cable, control lineand encapsulated bundles in the wellbore. Product Features:

•  They will have pre-deformation to facilitate clamping ESP cable, control lines and chemical injection lines. Triple progressive convex pads on the channel improve gripping characteristics without compromising cable integrity. Two hinge pin flanges make contact with the API tubular. Tapered wedge-lock pin with dimples to secure the clamp from slipping.

•  Stamped protectors can keep cables in a very scientific and reasonable way through couplings, without damaging the cables. Moreover, the overall structure of the protector is streamlined, with excellent axial introduction effect and safe, fast and efficient construction.

•  Stamped cable protector is divided into three main structures: channels, left and right clamps, and tapered pins. Each structure is formed from sheet metal, with minimal welding and stable structure. The appropriate shape of the channel not only protects the cable but also ensures smooth descent with minimal Running OD, and convex points are designed to increase friction on the pipeline. The left and right clamps are designed with integrated spring pads to increase the clamping force on the pipeline. The unique circular dot design on the cone pin is matched with the left and right clips to achieve the purpose of preventing detachment.

•  The product can protect cables, pipelines, and instruments of different shapes and specifications, and can also add spacers or rubber blocks to secure and protect important pipelines.
