Maintenance of the Installation Tool:

• The air pressure provided by the air source is not more than 1MPa. Equipment pressure adjustment range 0-0.8MPa; The working pressure is set to 0.52MPa before delivery.

• Please tighten the gas-liquid pump assembly refueling copper knob in the control box during transportation; Please loosen it counterclockwise when using.

• Before use, make sure the quick-change connector intact, and no leakage in the air inlet and outlet where the air tubes are connected, in the filter valve as well as in the pressure gauge.

• Observe the liquid level change of the filter valve. If it’s higher than the maximum scale mark, please discharge the fluid to meet the required scale value.

• Be sure the pointer of the pressure gauge points to “Zero” and the adjusting knob of the air pressure is available.

• It’s suggested that the hydraulic oil be replaced every 350 hours. 32# hydraulic oil is recommended.
